Impeachment: High Crimes And Misdemeanors

In the past, we’ve laid out the steps necessary to impeach and then remove from power a sitting president. First Obama must be brought up on charges of “high crimes and misdemeanors” by the House of Representatives, and impeached. Once impeached by the House, the case moves to the senate for trial. If convicted, the president is then removed from power, the vice-president then assuming the duties of president and choosing a new vice-president. Sadly, we did not win the senate, but then the Republican National Committee and Republican Senate’s fundraising arms made sure that Tea Party candidates were shot in the back by the likes of Murky Murkowski.

What have been Obama’s high crimes and misdemeanors? Let’s make up a list. Obama’s crimes against the people of the United States make Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon look like saints. Richard Nixon was paranoid and would have beaten George McGovern in 1972 no matter what, but Nixon had several over-zealous subordinates who commissioned a break-in, the famous Watergate break-in. Clinton? If you review the Wall Street Journal stories about the Ken Starr investigation, clearly the man was never more than one step away from endless criminal acts, but he was only caught lying about having oral sex with a pudgy girl from Beverly Hills.

Obama’s crimes are far more serious, and far-reaching.

• Reckless disregard for the long-term fiscal stability of the United States and the long-term strength and value of the US dollar.
• Obama slammed through the so-called “stimulus” bill, which was nothing but earmarks and payoffs, and mostly handed over to corrupt state governments to sustain their public sector misdeeds.
• The stimulus money went primarily to state governments to bail out their reckless spending, and bail out their public union workers and their pension funds (teachers, firemen, police, city, county and state workers, prison guards, etc).
• Obama rammed through his so-called “jobs bill,” which was simply another stimulus giveaway to his cronies.
• The “stimulus” money has been used as a political slush fund to reward union workers and corporations that support the Obama agenda and deliver financial support for the Obama campaign.
• Obamacare was passed by unconstitutional means by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, and was signed and thus approved by Obama, making him complicit in the crimes of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi.
• Perhaps most importantly, the over-arching crime is Obama’s imposition of the Cloward-Piven Strategy for destroying America from within through rampant and unsustainable federal spending, and creation of ever more costly entitlement programs. Obama’s use of these methods, along with Alinsky radical methods are reason enough to convict Obama as a criminal and remove him from power. Everything else is merely supporting evidence of this greater crime.

Giving Aid and Comfort to Enemies of the United States

Where do you start here?

• OK, the apology tour, a blatant expression of weakness, fear, and timidity.
• Next, the foolish withdrawal of US combat troops from Iraq when the Iraqis have not established anything resembling a proper government.
• US troops should have been left in fortified compounds ringing Iraq, and in particular ringing the sources of oil. US troops should have been left along the Iraqi border to kill venturesome Iranians.
• Leaving Iraq open to meddling from the Iranians, who will continue to feed money, weapons and military personnel into the Shiite south of Iraq. This is a high crime committed against the long-term well-being of the American people. If the Iranians seize control of the southern Iraqi oil fields, they will have a solid position from which to attack the remaining US-loyal Arab world, and control over a vast percentage of the world’s known oil reserves.
• Obama’s foreign policy leaves the oil wealth of Iraq open to exploitation by the Chinese, which is one reason why we went there in the first place. We bleed, and China gains. China is already partnered with Iran and North Korea. China is not a friend of the United States. China is merely a short-term source for extremely cheap labor.
• Delaying the “surge” in Afghanistan, thus exposing US and international troops there to heightened danger for many months.
• Obama betrayed the newly born democratic nations of Eastern Europe by agreeing to stand down on US troop placements in those countries, and by agreeing to NOT install radar and missile defense systems in those countries. Ronald Reagan, the Pope, and Margaret thatcher of England stood against the evils of Soviet Russian communism, broke their backs, and gave freedom to the peoples of Poland, Czech republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Croatia and the Baltic states of Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. These people took huge risks in rising up against the Russians, and now Obama betrays these people and the cause of freedom.

The Illegal and Unconstitutional Seizure of General Motors

• Obama illegally seized control of General Motors.
• The United States has established bankruptcy courts, in which GM could have been restructured, by legal means.
• If Obama saw GM as a long-term national asset, he could have established guaranteed lines of credit to ensure GM had the money necessary to continue to function and to rebuild its engineering capability.
• Obama illegally seized the private wealth of the GM bond holders, who by US law should have been given 100 percent ownership of the company.
• Obama illegally granted the United Auto Workers a significant ownership stake in GM.
• Obama has put a crooked New York banker in position as the CEO of GM, to run the IPO with NYC bankers.
• NYC bankers and their cronies have reaped the entire benefit of Obama’s illegal seizure of General Motors.
• JP Morgan took $40 million for its part, steering a few select wealthy groups to buy chunks of stock. Not a bad commission for serving as Obama’s shylock.
• Now that the company is partially privatized, Obama can proclaim success in “saving” the company, in spite of the fact this may be one of the biggest crimes ever committed.
• Average Americans funded the bailout, but were not allowed to participate in the IPO.
• Now that ownership has been illegally transferred to the NYC bankers, they must only wait to get full control in another offering, when they can chop up and sell off the remaining valuable chunks of GM, including to foreign investors, and by that we mean Chinese.
• Oh, and the Chinese bought up a huge chunk of GM stock.
• If Buick and Chevrolet are sold off to the Chinese, with these modern technologies (GM products are not the best, but they are certainly more than adequate to pass muster with US safety and emissions regulations, and also pass muster with most US car and truck buyers), then several crown jewels of the US industrial base will have been stolen by crooked NYC bankers and sold off to the nation’s enemies.
• The supposedly “evil” Bush Administration intervened when Bill Ford, Jr., an acknowledged moron, wanted to sell off Ford to the Chinese. Instead, a marriage was brokered and a brilliant engineer and manager from Boeing was put in place, who has since turned Ford around. (Note: The Ford CEO, however, has also stabbed America in the back by selling Volvo to the Chinese and Jaguar and Land Rover to the East Indians. Ford is NOT the all-American company.)
• Also complicit in this industrial and financial crime and due a long prison term is Rahm Emanuel, whose hands have been all over the rape of General Motors and the lesser rape of Chrysler.
• For these crimes alone, Obama should be impeached, tried by the senate, removed from power, stripped of his citizenship, and his entire family deported to Cuba, Kenya or Indonesia.

Ties to ACORN and Voter Fraud

• Obama is on record as a supporter of ACORN. ACORN’s many federal crimes have now been delineated, exposed.
• Obama’s ties to this criminal organization, and its step-child the SEIU, are reason enough to impeach him.
• In a 2008 speech, Obama thanked ACORN for its support. He later promised that ACORN would have a major role defining the policies of the Obama Administration.

The Illegal and Unconstitutional Passage of Obamacare

• In partnership with Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, both of whom should be tried and convicted for their illegal and unconstitutional acts against the people of the United States, Obama should be tried and convicted for his part in forcing an illegal and unconstitutional healthcare program upon an unwilling nation.
• Nancy Pelosi was not forced to hold a second congressional vote on the senate version of the healthcare bill. Obama signed this bill, which directly links him to the crimes committed within the congress and senate chambers.
• Obamacare threatens to completely bankrupt the nation while also dramatically impacting the quality of healthcare available to the overwhelming majority of Americans.
• Obamacare has immediately and dramatically impacted the availability of healthcare to senior citizens. Medicare should be phased out over time, but that system was imposed by a previous Democrat Marxist regime and we’re currently stuck with it.
• Obama’s signing of an illegal and unconstitutional national healthcare program has forced institutes like the Mayo Clinic to now refuse to accept Medicare patients. Bearing in mind that the Mayo Clinic has facilities in Arizona, known for its high percentage of retirees, is nothing less than a crime committed against the elderly of this nation. For this alone, Obama should be impeached.

The Mexican Border

• Extreme violence continues along the southern border as Mexican drug cartels operate death squads in military fashion within the borders of the United States.
• Yet Obama will not take decisive federal action against these criminals.
• Also, Obama and his criminal Attorney General, Eric Holder, have attacked the entire state of Arizona because it has passed state laws that require ENFORCEMENT of existing federal laws.
• Obama and his minions have fomented economic boycotts of Arizona, in essence declaring war on the people of Arizona.

Illegal Aliens and Mass Amnesty

• Obama has done nothing to remove illegal aliens from the US, even while US unemployment has skyrocketed under his regime.
• Obama is laying ground work for a mass amnesty that will buy his regime tens of millions of votes that will fundamentally turn the US into a Third World nation. This is a crime against native-born US citizens, whose rights are trampled on a daily basis.

Cap and Trade

• Obama, working with Goldman Sachs and the Shore Bank of Chicago, is laying groundwork for a “carbon exchange,” in which we buy the right to “pollute,” even while the Al Gore arguments about global warming are being ever more discredited.
• Obama and his NYC banking cronies hope to establish an exchange that is nothing more than a means of fleecing Americans of trillions of dollars, in perpetuity.
• Currently, Obama is illegally and unconstitutionally using the EPA to draw up equally illegal “regulations” that will impose cap and trade by dictatorial means.

This woman is insane, and Obama is giving her near-dictatorial powers that she can wield from the EPA, which is an entirely unconstitutional abrogation of power.

Long-Term Destruction Of The US Through Reckless, Unsustainable Government Spending And Expansion of Entitlements

• Obama is printing money and handing it out to state governments to stream to his public union supporters.
• He’s printing money and handing it to the crooked NYC bankers so they can line their pockets.
• Obamacare and its complete abrogation of fiscal discipline consigns the US government and the American people to national bankruptcy.
• Massive expansion of the size of the government through entitlement programs without means of fiscal support (e.g., you can’t tax us enough to pay for all this, so instead you’ll bankrupt the nation).
• This is Cloward-Piven strategy, referenced at the top.

Petrobras Payoffs to Georg Soros

• Stimulus money was funneled to a foreign-owned nationalized oil firm, Petrobras. Why? A major stockholder in Petrobras was and is Georg Soros, the crooked shylock who provided much of the funding for the Obama presidential campaign.
• Bear in mind that Soros brags about how he nearly broke the Bank of England, fomented the Asian financial crisis of the late Nineties, and played a role in the current financial crisis.
• Soros is allegedly working with foreign powers to develop a basket of currencies that can replace the dollar as the world’s reserve.
• Allegiance to the great Shylock is reason enough to impeach, try and remove Obama from power.

Attorney General Holder’s Federal Policy Of Discrimination Against White Americans

• Attorney General Holder refused to prosecute members of the New Black Panthers party, a known racist organization that advocates acts of violence against the majority population of the United States.
• Attorney General Holder has a stated policy that his lawyers will not pursue violations of the civil rights act or voter rights when those crimes are committed against white Americans.
• Attorney General Holder is advocating institutionalized racism against the majority population of this country.

Here is the now infamous tape. Attorney General Holder seems to think large men in jack boots and uniforms who are wielding night sticks are NOT engaged in voter intimidation outside a polling place.

Employee Free Choice Act

• Also known as card check.
• By federal law, removes the right to a secret ballot in union elections, allowing union organizers to bully and abuse members who do not wish to vote as the unions want.
• Obama has had to shelve this for now, but if he is NOT removed from power, he will eventually shove this down the throats of an unwilling nation, just as he shoved Obamacare down our throats.

Attempts To Limit Free Speech Via Net Neutrality

• Obama has made multiple attempts to regulate free speech, specifically in those media platforms favored by conservatives (e.g., the Internet and radio).
• Obama has been forced to sidestep this one, as Americans have grown wise to his shenanigans. But this is a lurking threat.

And here is the “diversity” czar, Mark Lloyd, on the need for government-controlled news. Notice that he works at the Center for American Progress, home to John Podesta and Van Jone, funded by George Soros. This man is a Marxist and is part of the Obama goon squad. He should be stripped of his citizenship and deported on the same boat with Obama.

The most significant high crimes for which Obama should be impeached, tried and removed from power are easy to identify:

• Aid and comfort to our enemies in time of war.
• Deliberate attempts to bankrupt the nation and destroy the dollar through unprecedented levels of unsustainable government spending.
• Unrelenting use of the printing press to flood the world with worthless dollars. This action threatens the position of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency. If the dollar loses that status, Americans will NOT be able to print money in times of war or economic distress, will not be able to govern the world economy, and will be directly and deliberately impoverished.
• Deliberate and obvious stimulus money kickbacks and payoffs to both public and private sector unions who supported his candidacy, as well as more significant payoffs to NYC bankers who have seized ever greater control over the US economy.
• Illegal and unconstitutional seizure of private wealth, in the form of the General Motors takeover and the seizure of Chrysler and subsequent giveaway program to a foreign company, Fiat, which is free to take US stimulus money and spend it on engineering and design carried out by foreigners, specifically Italians.
• Aggressive implementation of the Cloward-Piven Strategy to collapse the system from within.

For these crimes, President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama should be impeached by the Congress of the United States, the case then transferred to the chambers of the United States Senate for trial, and he should be removed from power. Subsequent to his removal from power, Obama should be stripped of all personal wealth, stripped of US citizenship, and his entire family deported, banned from ever setting foot on US soil again.Those who form the core of his criminal gang should be placed on trial and either imprisoned, or suffer a fate similar to Obama’s.

If we can take control of the US Congress and Senate with elected officials who are not criminals and who are pledged to serve the nation ably and honestly, we can remove this criminal tyrant from power and set the nation on the course to a healthier economy and a stronger position in the world.
